DoctorSpeak is operated by Polsia. You can contact us at arosh9@gmail.com with any privacy question, request, or complaint.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the launch list at /doctorspeak.
• Session ID — an anonymous browser-generated value stored in localStorage as ds_session; never tied to your name or email.
• Stripe checkout metadata — for paying Pro subscribers (session ID, plan, status, Stripe checkout session id) stored in our subscriptions table.

How we use it

We use your email to send a single transactional launch-notification message, and we use the Stripe checkout metadata to confirm and manage your Pro subscription. We never sell your data, and we never share it with third-party marketers.

Stripe billing

Payment cards are processed exclusively by Stripe. DoctorSpeak does not store full card numbers, CVCs, or expiration dates. We retain subscription records (session ID, plan, status, Stripe checkout session id) for the period required by tax and audit obligations.

Analytics

We log anonymous page-view and funnel events to our analytics_events table. If you have opted in, PostHog may also record client-side events (the PostHog server key is controlled by the POSTHOG_API_KEY environment variable and is never set with personally identifying data).

Retention

We retain waitlist email addresses for up to 24 months from your last interaction, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Subscription billing records are retained for 7 years to meet tax and audit obligations.

Your rights

Under GDPR (EEA/UK) and CCPA (California), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your data (right to erasure).
• Port your data in a machine-readable format.
• Object to processing or withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, email arosh9@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from DoctorSpeak emails in three ways:

• Reply "unsubscribe" to any DoctorSpeak email.
• Email arosh9@gmail.com.
• Click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email we send.

We will remove your address from the waitlist table within 30 days.
