Within Normal Limits - physical exam or lab finding that is normal.
How It's Used on the Ward
Some joke WNL means "we never looked." Don't be that person - actually examine the patient.

""Cardiac exam: RRR, no murmurs, rubs, or gallops - WNL. Lungs: CTAB - WNL.""
Clinical Context
Use WNL carefully. Attendings may challenge you: "You wrote WNL for the neuro exam. Did you actually test sensation in all dermatomes?"
